Return & Refund Policy

At Beulf, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every order arrives in excellent condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of wellness, beauty, and consumable products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:
  • Opened
  • Consumed
  • Used
  • Damaged due to customer handling
Returns and refunds are only accepted under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

A. Wrong Item Received

You received a product different from what was ordered.

B. Damaged Product

The product arrived damaged due to shipping or handling.

C. Missing Item

An item from your order is missing upon delivery.

D. Defective Product

The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
To be eligible, customers must provide supporting evidence, including:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos
  • Description of the issue

3. Return Request Period

All return or refund requests must be submitted within:
7 days from the date of delivery
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Opened products
  • Consumed products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Change-of-mind purchases

5. Change of Mind

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Incorrect purchases made by customers
  • Dissatisfaction due to expected results not being achieved
Individual experiences and results may vary depending on lifestyle, consistency of use, and other factors.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
  1. Contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    1. Order number
    2. Photos/videos of the parcel and product
    3. Description of the issue
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 working days.
Approved claims may qualify for:
  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where applicable)

7. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Refunds typically take 7–14 working days to appear in your account after approval.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Beulf.

8. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Beulf may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost if the issue is verified and approved by our team.

9. Return Shipping

If a return is required:

Beulf Will Cover Return Shipping Costs When:

  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Product arrived damaged
  • The product is defective

Customer Will Cover Return Shipping Costs When:

  • Return request does not result from a Beulf error
  • Return falls outside approved return conditions
Return instructions will be provided by our Customer Care Team after claim approval.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.

11. Promotional & Bundle Purchases

For purchases involving:
  • Bundles
  • Free gifts
  • Promotional offers
Any approved refund may require all promotional items associated with the order to be returned together.
If promotional items are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund amount.

12. Beulf’s Right to Refuse Returns

Beulf reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request if:
  • The request falls outside the policy requirements.
  • Insufficient evidence is provided.
  • The product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modification.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
