1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During promotional periods, sales campaigns, or festive seasons, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia, including:
Peninsular Malaysia
Sabah
Sarawak
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped:

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Typical domestic courier transit times in Malaysia are commonly around 1–3 working days within Peninsular Malaysia and 3–7 working days to East Malaysia. (DHL)

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Free Shipping Promotion
Free shipping may be offered during selected campaigns, promotions, or when a minimum spending requirement is met (above RM100 for West Malaysia and above RM150 for East Malaysia).
Beulf reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional shipping offers without prior notice.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, SMS, or the contact information submitted during checkout.
Customers may track their parcels directly through the courier’s tracking platform.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Beulf is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from:

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
